Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based systems. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop key metrics and KPIs to improve application stability, availability, and performance.

This position requires a deep understanding of SRE practices, including Service Level Objectives, Error Budgets, Toil Management, Observability & Monitoring, Blameless Postmortems, Incident Response Process, and Capacity Planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in information technology process and/or technical project management, including at least 4 years as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
  • Strong working knowledge of modern, continuous development techniques and pipelines, such as Agile, Kanban, Jira, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory
  • Production-level expertise with containerization orchestration engines like Kubernetes
  • Experience deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting large-scale, distributed applications in cloud environments
  • A deep understanding of cloud computing, including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS offerings
