Bhanzu is seeking an experienced Growth Associate - Influencer Partnership to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building meaningful connections, impeccable communication skills, and a flair for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Identification and Collaboration:
  • Navigate diverse platforms to identify top-notch influencers and craft innovative strategies to amplify our brand's presence.
  • Relationship Building and Negotiation:
  • Forge strong relationships with influencers, skillfully negotiating and managing partnerships to drive impressive results.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Conceptualize and execute one-of-a-kind influencer campaigns that elevate our brand awareness and fuel lead generation.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics to extract valuable insights and optimize our influencer marketing endeavors.
  • Staying Ahead of Industry Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and leverage best practices to continuously elevate the effectiveness of our influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related fields.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, and talent for forging authentic relationships with influencers.
  • Prioritize delivering stellar results through influencer campaigns that leave a lasting impact.
  • Showcase creative genius to conceptualize and execute unique influencer strategies.
  • Proven familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
  • Maintain impeccable organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exhibit passion for staying ahead of the curve, exploring the latest trends and innovations in the influencer marketing universe.
