We are an initiative of Social Beat, India's fastest-growing digital agency, with over 200 digital experts across the country. Our web and app platform enables brands to create high-quality content and amplify their reach among the target audience by leveraging a vast network of 70,000 verified digital influencers on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Amazon, Moj, TakaTaka, Clubhouse, and industry-specific platforms.

We aim to develop innovative solutions for the influencer and creator economy in India.

About the Job:
  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard top-performing influencers for performance campaigns.
  • Maximize storefront performance by matching influencers with suitable brands.
  • Guide product and brand integration discussions in influencer content.
  • Coordinate expectations for quality and timely delivery from both influencers and internal teams.
  • Plan long-term associations and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate terms and establish agreements with influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance, achieving desired storefront metrics.
  • Extract insightful observations from data.
  • Conduct campaign post-mortems and generate reports on key insights and strategic adjustments.
  • Develop business strategies and assist clients with future campaign planning.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 6-12 months in Influencer Marketing.
  • Experience negotiating rates and terms with influencers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote professional relationship maintenance experience.
  • Strong planning skills: ability to lay out clear steps for marketing strategy execution.
  • Creative input for all campaigns and projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and strong planning abilities. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between ₹600,000 and ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on location and other factors.
