About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Consultant to spearhead our AV deployment projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV solutions, with the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality. They must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering from End Users/Clients for AV related projects
  • Designing solutions as per the received brief/requirements gathered
  • Obtaining business approval for AV solutions
  • Providing final design to Stakeholders/Vendor Management team for getting quotes from vendors
  • Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals received from vendors
  • Coordinating for downtime of the room/site for implementation of project once PO is issued to the AV vendor
  • Verifying drawings received from vendor. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Coordination with CIS/BU Teams (Civil and MEP) for the room readiness required for deployment of the AV systems
  • Following up with the vendors for timely delivery according to PO
  • End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, follow-up and close-out of all dependencies
  • Ensuring the execution of projects meets the clients' satisfaction
  • Extensive project documentation through project lifecycles
  • Quality checking the physical installation
  • Testing and commissioning of AV systems
  • Taking handover from vendor with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to central repository
  • Help Asset Management team in verifying the delivery is according to PO and providing asset tag to every equipment
  • Providing handover of the project to Operations Team/Client with proper training on usage of the installed system/s
  • Providing remote 1st level of support for maintenance calls
  • If required, visiting project sites to address issues or troubleshoot
  • Periodic health check of AV systems, providing inputs on improvements if required
  • Conducting extensive POCs for the latest technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience working on AV deployment projects
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality; ability able to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Certifications such as CTS/CTS-D, Microsoft MTR, Poly, Crestron, and Extron are preferred
