Enterprise Implementation Specialist

Our team is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of large-scale customer projects. This individual will oversee the entire implementation cycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring optimal solution design that meets client business needs.

  • Develop strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into business documents, preparing test scripts, training materials, and maintaining checklists.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a strong background in software expertise, such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the software industry is also required. Additionally, a minimum of 12 years of experience, with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills, is necessary. PMP, ITIL certification is an asset.
