Job Opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with exceptional technical skills to contribute to our engineering team in Gandhinagar, India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on competitors' products to develop innovative designs for laser machinery by integrating core mechanical components.
  • Assess mainstream manufacturing platforms suited to local markets and supply chains, providing expert feedback to optimize product performance and configuration.
  • Design localized and personalized technical solutions for new equipment to meet market demand.
  • Apply new technologies, processes, and solutions to local products and implement them on new machines.
  • Utilize 3D CAD design software and possess a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles with hands-on experience in finite element analysis (FEA).
  • Design additional configurations per contract requirements and customize standard machines with optional features based on client needs.
  • Handle after-sales design modifications for customized machines.
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Relevant experience in R&D for laser cutting machines/CNC machines/woodworking machinery is highly valued.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience. A strong background in R&D for laser cutting machines, CNC machines, or woodworking machinery is essential. The successful candidate will be an outstanding team player with exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
