Import Export Specialist

The role of an Import Export Specialist is to manage the movement of goods and materials between countries. This involves coordinating with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import and export operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting necessary documents, such as commercial invoices and customs declarations, to comply with regulations and policies.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents for import and export operations
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during import and export processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
