International Trade Manager Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled International Trade Manager to join our team. As an International Trade Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of our organization.

  • Your primary role will be to coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to ensure smooth execution of import and export activities.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating air or sea freight with forwarders, shipping lines, or freight forwarders, as well as coordinating flight/vessel bookings.
  • Your duties will also include checking and approving shipment documents, arranging courier shipments through DHL/FedEx, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in international trade, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with import/export regulations, including HS codes, tariffs, and taxes.
