Responsible AI Engineer Lead

We are seeking a lead to shape our Responsible AI engineering efforts. The ideal candidate has significant experience in AI and machine learning, capable of shaping architecture and leading delivery in a fast-growing domain.

This is a foundational leadership role, combining the stability of a permanent position with the upside of equity participation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead the architecture of new systems (back-end, APIs, lightweight front-end).
  • Integrate open-source AI testing and assurance libraries into deployable frameworks.
  • Deliver lightweight, portable solutions in cloud environments.
  • Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models (industry, research, or advanced academic projects).
  • Experience developing or integrating AI testing and assurance tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and knowledge of scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.
