Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organisational excellence through the development, implementation and monitoring of governance policies and processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align governance practices with business objectives and product lifecycle requirements. This includes identifying risks in governance processes and implementing controls to mitigate them.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC) governance principles and best practices. They will also have experience in collecting, analysing and interpreting data to produce meaningful metrics and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in governance, process improvement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
