Job Description

Voya India is a leading provider of business continuity services, seeking an experienced Business Continuity Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization's Business Continuity Management function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's ability to recover from disruptions and maintain business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business continuity planning, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective BC plans. You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity plans that meet or exceed industry standards
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats to business operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement disaster recovery plans
  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in business continuity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business administration, management, or emergency management
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business continuity planning, with a strong background in BC plan development and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
