Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement comprehensive business recovery plans and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements enterprise-wide recovery strategies, reviewing, revising, and expanding existing protocols.
  • Maintains and implements disaster recovery plans, risk assessments, and application and technical strategies with other teams.
  • Conducts thorough risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable disruptions.
  • Drives alignment of IT organization priorities and plans with key business objectives.
  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and implements recovery operations and methods to enable the company to function at limited or partial capacity in the event of infrastructure damage or destruction.
  • Cultivates practice drills for plan execution.
  • Develops and tracks program metrics to showcase activities and progress.
  • Reviews, configures, and maintains continuity and crisis management tools.
Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or a related field.
  • Expertise in cutover tools and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
