We are seeking a seasoned project lead to spearhead the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions.

  • Translate concept documents into actionable project roadmaps, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors, promoting effective communication and coordination.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, meeting compliance and security requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification, demonstrating expertise in IT system design and implementation.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation, showcasing leadership abilities.
