Store Manager Job Description

Job Title:

Store Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a retail boutique. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring seamless execution of sales, customer service, and visual merchandising tasks.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, guiding and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, exceeding monthly and annual targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects luxury brand values, providing personalized service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and safe-room protocols, authorizing stock in/out, sales invoices, and client documentation as needed.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with security and safe-room teams, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Boutique Presentation: Maintain luxurious standards in boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and ambience, enforcing SOPs related to client service, security, and operational processes.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to HR, finance, and incentive policies, mitigating risks and ensuring a secure working environment.
