Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and proven leadership capabilities.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and defining manufacturing processes for new components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
- Creating CNC programs and conducting first-time-right prove-outs on CNC machines.
- Selecting and validating cutting tools for machining operations.
- Designing and overseeing the manufacturing of jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
- Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
- Obtaining first part approval from customers.
- Maintaining process documentation in compliance with quality standards.
- Implementing process improvements and reducing cycle times.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
- 10-14 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
