Job Overview

A Construction Billing Engineer plays a pivotal role in the success of construction projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analyses, and ensuring that all financial aspects of construction projects are accurately documented and managed.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing systems. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in BOQ preparation, and experience with rate analysis and billing systems are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform Quantity Surveying
  • Conduct Rate Analysis and use Billing Systems
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and work closely with project management teams
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth billing processes

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Rate Analysis
  • Knowledge and experience in using Billing Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
