Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our project teams in delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist in the successful delivery of projects by providing project support and coordinating specific activities.
  • Track and collect Service Delivery SLAs, document management, planning, and project level critical data tracking for team members and project status reporting.
  • Collect data from various tools to update project records, project plans, and maintain document control for the program.
  • Support the analysis of risks and maintain the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process.
  • Organize meetings and track action items to closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools is an advantage.
