Dynamic Project Coordinator Role

This role offers a unique blend of project execution, grant and program delivery, partner coordination, research and analysis, knowledge and documentation, ecosystem engagement support, and team coordination and logistics.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development of work plans, track progress against deliverables, and ensure timely and high-quality output.
  2. Manage deliverables tied to grants, including tracking timelines, gathering data, supporting reporting, and ensuring documentation aligns with funder requirements.
  3. Liaise with external partners such as non-profits, companies, government entities, and vendors. Build long-term relationships through strong communication and organization.
  4. Conduct background research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for strategic planning.
  5. Draft reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs. Maintain organized project documentation.
  6. Support event coordination, outreach to stakeholders, and tracking engagement activities. Represent the team in external convenings when needed.
  7. Coordinate internal team meetings, manage calendars, and support logistical needs related to consultants, events, and other operational requirements.
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in international development sector
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently and navigate a dynamic work environment
  3. Ability to manage complex project deliverables with agility and adaptability
  4. Budget management skills
  5. Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and fostering partnerships
  6. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  8. Impact-first and outcome-focused approach
  9. Familiarity with public and private sectors and donor/philanthropy space
  10. Background or interest in gender, women's studies, healthcare, or related fields preferred
