Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Strategic Planning to lead our team in creating innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, and digital creative strategy. They will work closely with our client servicing team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique insights through deep analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Design integrated strategic platforms for campaigns/pitches that serve as an ideal springboard for creative teams.
  • Prepare and present compelling visual presentations with sharp perspectives and riveting narratives.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification.
  • Define the right advertising pressure to achieve goals, taking into consideration objectives, challenges & limitations.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong perspective to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner to consider as part of a brand, social/digital strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly while collaborating with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
