We're seeking a seasoned Senior FP&A Analyst to drive strategic financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
This role will be instrumental in shaping our organization's financial strategy, building automation into our analytics stack, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Leverage your analytical prowess to develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that inform business decisions.
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement scenario planning models, unit economics analyses, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and disseminate periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports and performance dashboards to leadership, tracking key metrics such as revenue, margins, OPEX, and cash position.
- Synthesize large datasets, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance profitability and resource allocation.
- Support investor reporting, board presentations, and other ad-hoc strategic requests from management.
- Bolster our analytics capabilities by building and maintaining real-time, dynamic dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Pursue opportunities to automate manual workflows, optimizing reporting, data collection, and reconciliation processes.
- Harness technology and AI tools to elevate reporting processes, create smarter visualizations, and uncover deeper insights.
- Partner across functions to align business drivers with financial implications and planning outcomes.
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong experience in Business Intelligence and automation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); SQL or Python a plus.
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Tableau Certification) is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
