This role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales and business development teams in various regions, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Design High-Impact Training Programs:
  • Activity-Based Training: Dynamic sessions where learners acquire skills by doing, not just listening.
  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning: Structured forums for team members to share, practice, and grow together.
  • Buddy Training & Mentorship: Fostering a supportive environment for new hires.
  • Hands-On Coaching & OJT: Providing real-time coaching that translates into execution.
  • Engaging Online Training: Interactive virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing.
    • Build Smarter Content:
    • Ai-First Expertise: Using Generative AI and LLMs to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale.
    • Ai-Driven Workflows: Leveraging Ai to speed up design, build scenarios, and personalize training experiences.
    • Instructional Design: Crafting sharp, visual, and easy-to-digest content.
    • Presentations: Building clear, engaging decks that simplify complex ideas.
    • Tools: Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
      • Owning Performance:
      • Identify Skill Gaps: Turning them into training opportunities quickly.
      • Measure Effectiveness: Tracking training effectiveness and tying it back to performance.
      • Take Ownership: Ensuring programs are on time, visible, and outcome-driven.

Qualifications

  • High-Ownership Mindset: Driving results independently.
  • Strong Communication: Making complex things simple.
  • Designing Engaging Sessions: Facilitating activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training.
  • Background in GenAi and LLM: Developing content with these technologies.
  • 2-4 Years as Sales Trainer: Proven experience in this area.
