Job Title: Training Manager

Mars Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of end-to-end training programs for Beauty Advisors (BAs), field sales, and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

  • Own and develop curriculum and SOPs for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, VM basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Create multi-format content, including decks, playbooks, 2-minute WhatsApp videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows, as well as monthly masterclasses.
  • Partner with NPD/R&D to translate INCI and benefits into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Set up learning management systems, track training progress, and publish training calendars.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India TTT programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present on-camera in English and Hindi.

Key requirements:

  • Cosmetology certification is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Visual Merchandising (VM) is a plus.
  • MT/EBO experience is a plus.
