High-Priority Program Manager Sought for Product Engineering Role

About the Job

We're seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority programs in our Product Engineering organization. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects, leveraging your deep technical expertise and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of high-impact programs, developing detailed plans and identifying potential risks and dependencies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive strategic program objectives.
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team.
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.
  • Demonstrated success driving the development program of world-class online products.
