Key Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and committed individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sports for Development program in target villages.

  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth center functioning.
  • Manage tournaments, engagement events, and talent scouting activities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and address issues.
  • Build partnerships with local sports leaders and stakeholders to advance program goals.
  • Liaise with government departments for timely execution and clearances.
  • Represent the organization in official meetings and forums.
  • Support coaches in identifying and developing youth talent.
  • Coordinate with academies for talent progression.
  • Organize trials and training sessions.
  • Document success stories and field insights.
  • Support the creation of training materials and SOPs.
  • Capture field media for visibility and fundraising purposes.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience or Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience.

Skills: Strong data management and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
