Global HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with local and regional policies and procedures.

As a Global HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness. This includes managing employee and manager inquiries, preparing and delivering standard HR correspondence, and collaborating with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). They will also identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.
  • Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union preferred.
  • Knowledge of HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion an advantage.
  • Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
  • Previous experience in a front-facing customer service role and/or project experience desirable.
  • Flexible to work in multiple shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Education:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment.
