Job Summary

Seeking an HR Operations professional with 5-9 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage the entire employee life cycle, oversee payroll administration, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and knowledge working on HR policies. Experience with Workday is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management: Onboarding, offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Payroll: Manage and optimize payroll processing, working closely with finance and external providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor, interpret, and apply local labor laws. Lead internal audits and update policies to ensure legal and organizational adherence.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer benefits programs, and resolve compensation related queries.
  • Data & Systems Oversight: Maintain HRIS and payroll systems; ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities to enhance HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-9 years experience in HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and employee life cycle management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently on complex HR matters and lead process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS (Workday experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Multi-site or international HR operations experience.
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS is highly desired.
