About the Role
Caizin is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, developing and implementing HR policies and processes, managing performance systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
This role requires a strong people leader who can balance business objectives with employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- HR Policies & Processes: Design, implement, and update HR policies, frameworks, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and statutory compliance.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance appraisal cycle, implement KPIs and KRAs, support managers in setting performance goals, and ensure fair evaluation practices.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Administer attendance systems, leave policies, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, address grievances in a timely and effective manner, and maintain a positive and transparent work culture.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs, design capability-building programs, and coordinate internal/external learning initiatives.
- Engagement & Retention: Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies to build a motivated and committed workforce.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, absenteeism, and performance trends; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Leadership Support: Partner with business leaders and management teams to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications; experience with digital HR tools will be an added advantage.
