  • We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to excellence in all aspects of their work.
  • As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive a personalized and memorable experience.
  • You will be working closely with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day front desk operations, handling guest complaints and feedback, monitoring and controlling costs, and ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to think on your feet.
  • Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including Hilton brand standards, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of hotel software systems, including property management systems (PMS)
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
