Accounting Professional Needed

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled professional with expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments.
  • Handle accounts receivable activities, such as billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
  • Perform accurate account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records.
  • Respond to queries from vendors and clients with professionalism and clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Prepare required management information system (MIS) reports related to AP/AR.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR processes, preferably in BPO/KPO or corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings.
