Senior Financial Controller

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional in financial operations. The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing accounting practices and procedures, supervising a team of accountants or accounting clerks, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Supervise a group of general accountants or accounting clerks in maintaining the inter company accounts.
- Implement processes and procedures that properly capture, track, and account inter company transactions (AR & AP).
- Build strong relationships through effective communication with process partners, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting of intercompany transactions (AR and AP) as per defined Chart of Accounts and procedures.
- Review open and aged items in the Balance sheet and continuously work to keep it under control.
- Proven experience in financial operations, preferably in an industrial equipment or machinery industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and identify control weaknesses.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems and procedures.
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
