Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Financial Management role in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of accountants or accounting clerks in maintaining intercompany transactions.
  • Implement financial policies under the direction of senior management.
  • Capture, track, and report on pre-close and post month-end activities (Corp and Tax).
  • Analyze complex movements of transactions, balance confirmations, and deviations.
  • Review account reconciliations prepared by accountants and accounting clerks.
  • Lead and support daily & monthly activities.
  • Investigate and resolve issues relating to intercompany transactions.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of reporting in multiple currencies and conversion techniques.
  • Manage month-end accounting consolidation and US$ submission process.
  • Promote common accounting by maintaining global setups and reporting with high quality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study.
  • Ability to manage staff, train, lead, and develop.
