Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Night Shift Client Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing client services, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently, and maintaining current visible HR records for clients. They will work closely with Delivery Service Management to identify and escalate client issues, obtain and confirm pending information/documentation, and add/amend transaction information to client/systems in response to changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain excellent communication skills.
  • Task Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently, and that deadlines are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and other relevant information.
