Job Title:
Sr. Administrative Operations ManagerAdmin Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational readiness for projects.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and arrange suitable staff accommodation/staff rooms close to project sites, ensuring effective site logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely setup of furniture and utilities, guaranteeing high-quality operational readiness.
- Conduct pre-launch site inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, utilities, and equipment, promoting a safe working environment.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities and service providers to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks, fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure procurement and availability of required materials (stationery, uniforms, housekeeping items) to support efficient operations.
- Prepare and maintain site readiness checklists and reports for management approval, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Handle travel and logistical arrangements for staff during launch phases, providing hassle-free experiences.
- Manage admin budgets and expense records for site setup, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Support operations teams with any ad-hoc administrative requirements during pre- and post-launch phases, offering flexible support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field, equipping candidates with fundamental knowledge and skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, or site coordination, providing hands-on expertise.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective collaboration and resolution.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and work under tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during project launches, showcasing flexibility and commitment.
