About This Role

This role is responsible for leading the workforce planning and organization structuring at manufacturing facilities in India. As a key member of the HR team, you will be involved in ensuring efficient coordination with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill vacancies at manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into their respective functions.
  • Maintain secure employee records, safeguarding personal files and updating them accurately in our HR system.
  • Comply with various legislations at manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, and branch offices in India, liaising with statutory authorities as required.
  • Monitor legal cases, taking proactive measures to prevent potential litigations against the company and coordinating closely with lawyers and labour law consultants.
  • Implement digitization of compliances and manage labour contractors and contract labour at manufacturing facilities effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes that comply with regulatory requirements, creating and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at plants.
  • Foster positive employee relations, handling grievances, and leading the HR function during regulatory audits.
