Demand Planning Specialist

Our organization requires a skilled Demand/Supply Planner to contribute to our S&OP process. This role involves building and maintaining demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.

The ideal candidate will lead monthly forecast review meetings, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. Additionally, you'll manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

You'll leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning. To succeed in this position, you'll need strong analytical skills, proficiency in forecasting tools, and excellent communication skills.

We're seeking a strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with global teams is essential.
