Job Title

A Performance Test Engineer III is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of software applications.

About This Role
  • This role requires a strong background in performance testing, Java, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies.
  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance tests to validate application scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using JMeter and other relevant tools.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure continued growth and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of combined experience in Java and JavaScript development and QA, with a focus on performance testing.
  • Experience with continuous deployment tools like Jenkins/Ansible and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
