Retention Strategist

Key Role Summary

We seek a skilled professional to spearhead our retention initiatives. As a retention strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent user churn and re-engage lapsed listeners.

Core Responsibilities

Churn Prevention and Re-engagement
  • Identify At-Risk Users: Collaborate with our data team to identify users at risk of churning and develop targeted interventions to prevent this from happening.
  • Drive Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies to re-engage lapsed listeners and reduce churn.
