Key Role Summary
We seek a skilled professional to spearhead our retention initiatives. As a retention strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent user churn and re-engage lapsed listeners.
This critical role requires a data-driven approach, creative thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our team to leverage predictive models, analyze data, and drive business growth through informed decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Churn Prevention and Re-engagement- Identify At-Risk Users: Collaborate with our data team to identify users at risk of churning and develop targeted interventions to prevent this from happening.
- Drive Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement comprehensive retention strategies to re-engage lapsed listeners and reduce churn.
