Support Associate Job Overview

The primary function of the Support Associate is to serve as the initial point of contact for users on our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat, calls, and email regarding usage, account issues, payments, and services.
  • Provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with specific features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Tech, Operations) to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction.
  • Pursue customer satisfaction targets and contribute to a positive brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration, Communication).
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles (preferably tech industry).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Empathetic, patient, customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible work arrangements.
