Sales and Operations Planning Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) professional to lead our cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement S&OP processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage inventory levels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • At least 8 years of experience leading S&OP functions with strong knowledge of end-to-end planning.
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools like Kinaxis Maestro or IBP.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems: SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
