We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a small group of engineers working on a particular facet of our products and infrastructure across the stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams to achieve their goals.

As an Engineering Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, growing, and empowering a team of high-performing engineers who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft a thoughtful and long-term technical strategy that anticipates future needs while being pragmatic about what's needed today.
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to your team, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Working closely with other engineering managers and functional leads to set direction and ambitious goals for your team, Engineering, and our organization as a whole.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of engineering management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. They will also possess significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across various organizations, industries, and technology stacks.

In addition to the required qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and team growth, combined with a thoughtful approach to talent acquisition and development.
