We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable and high-performing products with expertise in building data-driven and workflow-based solutions spanning multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, Google).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product engineering team to create enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and ensure security.
  • Conceptualize, architect, and design products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key partners, including product managers, business teams, and engineering teams, to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Product Mindset - Experience in agile methodology-based product development, defining incremental development paths for functionality to achieve future vision.
  • Task Management – Team management experience, planning tasks, discussing and working on priorities.
  • Communication – Conveying ideas and information clearly and accurately, whether in writing or verbal.

Required Background:

  • 15+ years of experience working in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from a reputable institution.

Technical Expertise:

  • React JS, Python, PySpark, Snowflake, Postgres, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, Docker, EKS.
  • Exposure around AI/GenAI Technologies is beneficial.
