Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and internal sales/consulting teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Previous experience working on AI-powered products and/or curiosity about the rapidly evolving landscape and its impact on design and user experience.
