Job Title:

AI Product Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary product designer to lead the design process for AI-powered features. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our platform, working alongside top design professionals in a collaborative environment.

This role involves defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.

A successful candidate will be able to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, conducting user research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to inform design decisions. They will also have a good understanding of design systems, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and experience with front-end tech stacks.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for AI-powered features
  • Define the user experience, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
  • Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, with experience designing AI products
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
