Product Visionary

We're seeking a seasoned Product Leader to spearhead the development of our issuing and acquiring products. As a key member of our team, you'll define product roadmaps, lead lifecycle management, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in product life cycle management, including conceptualization, enhancement, launch, and evaluation.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to detail business requirements and drive product development.
  • Represent products in leadership reviews, securing support for new investments and resources.
  • Partner with business teams to undertake market and customer research, driving product innovation and value proposition.
  • Cross-functionally work with Sales, Marketing, Service Excellence, Legal & Compliance to create go-to-market plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in product management.
  • In-depth knowledge of issuing and acquiring products, including credit, debit, prepaid, forex, merchant lifecycle, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks, and disputes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
