Job Title:

Technical Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical Architect to spearhead our technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support to drive project success.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, driving technology innovation and strategic growth.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server, with a focus on data integrity, security, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, with experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git, with expertise in branching strategies, merge conflicts, and release management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning.
