**Head of Technology Role Overview**

We are seeking an innovative leader who can drive our technology strategy and shape the direction of our products and services.

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Lead architecture decisions for all software products, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Drive innovation in AI technologies, including conversational AI and generative AI applications.
  • Oversight of telephony system integration with cutting-edge software solutions.

For this role, we require:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • A proven track record of successful product launches and technology implementations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong coding skills with continued hands-on technical involvement.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or startups/scaleups.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between our offices globally.
  • Excellent communication skills.
