You will lead a cross-functional engineering team in the development of our new neurostimulator system solutions and design engineers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of system design, development, and validation of medical device systems and products.
  • Oversee investigation and evaluation of existing technologies in partnership with other units.
  • Guide the team in developing new concepts from initial design to market release and sustain products already on the field.
  • Maintain documentation throughout all phases of development.
  • Coordinate activities across product teams within a system development to ensure timely delivery of the system for characterization, verification, and validation testing.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
  • Pose strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor team members involved in the system SI&T process.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing a cross-functional engineering team size of 20 or more.
  • Proven people management and technical expertise.
  • Deep understanding of embedded and application SW development processes (Agile methodology).
  • Experience with validation of test methods, hard and software, test fixtures.
