Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for technology service provisioning.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.
  • Combine technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio.
  • Optimize technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage initiative management, AI Ops, automation, and lifecycle management to drive efficient technology outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients with ownership of the technology change roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on compute and storage technologies, operating systems, database, middleware, cloud, container, and network services.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation, and Telemetry/AI Ops.
