Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead our team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure of our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop automated solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically
  • Provide consultancy & Solution to customers irrespective of product stack used
  • Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables
  • Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort
  • Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies
  • Experienced with AWS Cloud
  • Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions
  • Experienced with Python language
  • Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct
  • Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues
  • Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines
  • Able to perform Disaster Recovery
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
  • Must-have skills: AWS experience with any MFT tools or GoAnywhere experience
  • Mandatory technologies: Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere, Cloud: AWS
