Senior Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to spearhead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, risk management, and compliance advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of Transaction Monitoring tools to mitigate financial crime risk
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to address complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement
  • Provide expert-level guidance on project management and presentation skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or Graduate degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices

Benefits:
